At GrowYourBusiness, we offer flexible schedule commitments to suit different needs. You can choose from three options: a 20-hour week for 6 months, a 30-hour week for 5 months, or a 40-hour week for 4 months. For the 20-hour week option, you have the flexibility to select either a morning shift from 9 AM to 1 PM Eastern Time or an afternoon shift from 2 PM to 6 PM Eastern Time. If you opt for the 30-hour week, your shift will be from 9 AM to 4 PM Eastern Time, with a one-hour break from 1 PM to 2 PM Eastern Time. For those who prefer a full-time schedule, the 40-hour week shift runs from 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time, also including a one-hour break from 1 PM to 2 PM Eastern Time. These varied options allow you to find the schedule that best fits your lifestyle and commitments.

The interview process begins with an introduction and overview of the interview structure, where the interviewer and candidate briefly introduce themselves.
